Field Application Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design highly sophisticated test solutions for SOC customers
• Develop, debug, and release test programs to automate device testing
• Create demonstration development programs and presentations
• Identify trends in customer IC development and implement new techniques to meet test challenges
• Reproduce customer problems for software/hardware engineering teams and provide interim solutions to maintain production flow
• Travel to customer sites as required

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Fine Instrumentation, or a related discipline
• 5+ years of working experience in the ATE industry
• Proficiency in C, VB, or C++
• Knowledge of popular ATE platforms
• Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel frequently
