Field Application Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage technical relationships with assigned customers as the primary technical contact
• Own product qualifications including specification collection, sample arrangement, and technical issue management
• Provide on-site and remote technical support for troubleshooting
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Represent and advocate for customer needs and priorities to internal teams

Requirements

• BS in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 3.5 GPA
• Strong data analytic proficiency
• Basic understanding of computer hardware and software architectures
• Familiarity with Windows and/or Linux systems
• Effective communication skills for customer-facing roles

Preferred Qualifications

• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project management skills
• Desire to develop a career in the storage industry
