Field Application Engineer

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical training, product demonstrations, and onboarding for dealers and integration partners
• Support field deployments, including pilot programs and high-profile installations
• Configure and troubleshoot integrations between the cloud platform and third-party systems
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across hardware, connectivity, and software
• Act as a technical escalation point and coordinate with internal teams
• Partner with Sales to support pre-sales activities and customer presentations
• Gather and communicate customer feedback to Product and Engineering teams
• Maintain documentation in Pipedrive and Atlassian tools
• Travel extensively (approximately 50%) across the UK

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role
• Proven experience with hardware systems and networking
• Familiarity with VMS or monitoring platforms
• Experience with system integrations and technical troubleshooting
• Willingness to travel ~50% across the UK

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the physical security industry
• Exposure to LTE or networking equipment
• Familiarity with Pipedrive, Jira, Confluence, or Google Workspace
