Responsibilities

• Partner with EMEA Sales to deliver technical presentations, workshops, and demos
• Design and execute proof-of-concepts (PoCs) to guide engineering teams through product evaluation
• Lead customers through architecture reviews, deployment planning, and systems integration design
• Recommend scalable integration strategies for high-precision, real-time positioning deployments
• Support product integration, onboarding, and adoption through hands-on technical guidance
• Act as a technical liaison between customers and internal engineering teams to troubleshoot issues
• Collaborate with global counterparts to align on strategy and product support
• Bring localized insights from EMEA customers to the global product roadmap

Requirements

• 2+ years in a customer-facing engineering role
• 2+ years of experience in hardware, software, or the GNSS space
• Ability to provide technical advisory on full system design
• Strong interest in debugging, troubleshooting, and investigating technical challenges
• Ability to influence technical decisions through technical storytelling
