Field Application Engineer - Liquid Cooling Solutions

Responsibilities

• Lead project milestones and manage risks from design-in to volume
• Capture customer requirements and support architecture decisions
• Define and execute test plans for pressure, leak, flow, thermal, and vibration
• Provide on-site technical support and performance optimization at data centers
• Manage RMAs, including fault isolation and failure analysis coordination
• Interface with manufacturing regarding brazing, welding, and leak testing processes
• Synthesize market trends into product requirements and cost targets

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Thermal, Mechatronics, or similar field
• 3 to 5 years experience in thermal/fluid systems
• Hands-on experience with pumps, valves, filters, sensors, and coolant chemistries
• Strong knowledge of liquid cooling components like cold plates, CDUs, and manifolds
• Proficiency in AutoCAD 3D, Pro/E, or SolidWorks
• Proven project management experience
• Ability to provide on-site technical support and handle RMAs
• Fluency in English and Chinese
