Field Application Engineer

Responsibilities

• Translate detailed technical findings from engineering work into structured, impactful content for Marketing, Product, and Sales teams
• Develop standardized technical deliverables to improve the consistency of external technical communication
• Track and synthesize market trends and customer needs in application areas such as Power Supply Units (PSU), Energy Storage Systems (ESS), and Solid State Transformers (SST)
• Provide feedback on product competitiveness and technical gaps based on field observations
• Complete at least three different assignments as part of the IGP rotation, including one international assignment
• Build global professional networks through regular IGP meetings and international project teams

Requirements

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or a closely related discipline
• Less than 3 years of professional working experience
• Solid understanding of power semiconductor devices (e.g., IGBTs, MOSFETs, SiC) and their application in power conversion systems
• Business-fluent in both English and Chinese (written and spoken)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to distill complex technical data into clear insights

• Basic experience in system-level evaluation, lab testing, or data analysis
• Solution-oriented mindset with a strong curiosity regarding the intersection of technology and market dynamics
