Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end guidance and troubleshooting for battery installations and service calls via phone, text, and Slack
- Serve as the first line of technical support for in-field electrical questions and hardware issues
- Identify field issue trends and flag high-impact issues to hardware, software, or deployment teams
Requirements
- 2+ years in a technical support, electrical, or IT troubleshooting role
- Strong foundation in electrical concepts
- 4-year degree or equivalent electrical experience
