Field Application Engineer

Responsibilities

• Drive design chain value by generating design wins and increasing technology registrations.
• Develop and implement technical sales account penetration strategies to present new products to customers.
• Participate in supplier and customer design reviews to provide technical expertise.
• Identify and build relationships with key technical decision-makers and influencers within accounts.
• Discover design requirements from the system level down to individual elements to solve customer challenges.
• Support the sales team by driving the adoption of advocated solutions and providing product-level training.
• Manage the product lifecycle from concept to production, ensuring alignment with customer performance and cost expectations.
• Research industry trends and major players to act as a trusted advisor to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant technical field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in a technical or engineering-focused role.
• Proven ability to develop technical sales strategies and penetrate new markets.
• Experience participating in customer design reviews and technical consultations.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycles and total cost of ownership.
