Field Agronomy Analyst

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers to ensure effective crop management
• Conduct regular field inspections and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Analyze agronomic data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
• Design and execute agronomic field trials to ensure objective results
• Prepare monthly production forecasts to support extraction site planning
• Support additional sourcing and agronomic activities as required

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Agronomy, Agribusiness, or related Agricultural Sciences
• 2–5 years of experience in agronomy, crop management, or agricultural production
• Intermediate English proficiency
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Experience in agronomic data analysis and crop monitoring
• Knowledge of agricultural mechanization and new technologies
• Ability to perform budget and cost analysis
• Valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Portuguese
