About the role

About the Company

Turning Point Action is a 501(c)(4) organization founded in 2019 by Charlie Kirk. The organization’s mission is to embolden the conservative base through grassroots activism and provide voters with the necessary resources to elect true conservative leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry using Google Sheets
  • Read and understand bills passed in the House and Senate
  • Respond to inquiries from the Administrative team
  • Manage professional relationships with other conservative organizations
  • Organize and maintain the Turning Point Action Airtable database
  • Update Google Drive as needed
  • Coordinate with the Field Administrative Team to ensure materials reach and market field events

Requirements

  • Solid understanding of administrative work
  • Working knowledge of Google Drive
  • Close personal alignment with the mission and principles of TPA
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Organized, self-starter, and goal-oriented
  • Ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior involvement with Turning Point Action or political campaigns
  • Proficiency with Google Suite
  • Experience using Airtable or other design platforms
  • Experience working with Google Sheets
