Responsibilities

  • Execute transplant center specific sales and market access plans to drive revenue
  • Engage with transplant center stakeholders including physicians, coordinators, and reimbursement teams
  • Lead onboarding of new transplant center accounts and oversee commercial contracting
  • Support education around reimbursement pathways and hospital billing considerations
  • Partner with internal teams to resolve access challenges and escalate issues
  • Gather field insights on payer policies and hospital reimbursement dynamics

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in sales, market access, reimbursement, or payer engagement
  • Experience and relationships in stem cell transplant, cell therapy, or gene therapy
  • Strong understanding of U.S. healthcare reimbursement in hospital or specialty care settings
  • Experience working with academic medical centers or complex hospital systems
  • Experience supporting products sold directly to hospitals (devices, biologics, or therapies)
  • Ability to travel regularly (up to 80%)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Familiarity with hospital reimbursement concepts like DRGs and inpatient billing
  • Prior experience supporting launch or early commercialization of novel therapies
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Medical Affairs and HEOR teams
