Field Account Representative

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary on-site representative for McKesson at assigned customer locations
• Support new customer onboarding, including initial setup, ordering processes, and being physically present during go-live activities
• Oversee shipment arrivals to validate order accuracy and resolve discrepancies such as missing or damaged items
• Act as a liaison between customers and warehouse/logistics teams to resolve issues quickly
• Educate customer staff on ordering systems, product usage, and new product introductions
• Execute regular service visits to reinforce the McKesson value proposition and support contract expectations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in customer-facing, operations, or field support roles
• Valid Driver's License (a 7-year Motor Vehicle Report will be completed during pre-employment)
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Ability to travel locally 3–4 days per week within the assigned territory

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in medical, healthcare, or distribution environments
• Familiarity with supply chain, logistics, or inventory processes
• Experience supporting customer onboarding or implementation activities
• Proven ability to problem-solve in real-time and remain composed in high-pressure situations
