About the role
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with distributors and key accounts to develop and execute strategies that drive sales, brand awareness, and market share growth
- Actively engage with garages, workshops, and distributor branches to promote product sell-out and provide technical training
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the garage and workshop segments
- Partner with marketing teams to execute localized campaigns and support new product launches
- Represent the company at market fairs and exhibitions
- Monitor market trends and share actionable insights to refine business strategies
Requirements
- Based in Catalonia (must-have)
- Fluency in Spanish; proficiency in Portuguese and English is highly preferred
- Deep understanding of the automotive aftermarket or lubricants industry in Spain
- Proven experience in setting and achieving sales targets and negotiating agreements
- Strong relationship-building skills with distributors, garages, and workshops
- Ability to deliver technical training and guidance to customers
