Field Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for the Independent eye care channel to grow top-line sales
• Foster strong relationships with existing customers to ensure loyalty and high retention
• Grow sales revenue through purposeful consultative selling and new business development
• Identify areas for improvement to consistently exceed sales quotas
• Conduct trainings and presentations for doctors and opticians on practice management and market trends
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to support brand promotions
• Act as the lead point of contact for assigned customers and strategic partners

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years of experience in an account management function or similar role
• Experience in outside sales territory and call cycle management
• Strong interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Willingness to travel and ability to drive a company automobile

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or a related field
• Professional outside B2B selling experience within the healthcare arena
• Experience in the optical industry
