About the role
Responsibilities
- Own and grow a portfolio of top-tier fitness and wellness partners through strategic upselling and retention initiatives
- Spend 70–80% of your time in the field, conducting regular in-person visits, drop-ins, and meetings to deepen relationships
- Use a blend of field and inside sales tactics, including phone, email, and social media, to stay connected with partners
- Proactively identify partner pain points and position ClassPass solutions to drive mutual value
- Exceed monthly upsell and engagement goals through creative thinking and urgent execution
- Build a strong local presence within the fitness and wellness community by attending networking events
Requirements
- 2+ years of full-cycle B2B sales or account management experience, including field sales
- Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding sales quotas and performance goals
- Strong negotiation skills with a solutions-first approach to client management
- Deep knowledge of the regional fitness and wellness market and active professional connections
- Proficiency in using Salesforce, Salesloft, and Microsoft tools to manage pipeline and partner success
- Willingness and ability to travel 70–80% of the time, including local day trips and overnight regional travel
