About the role
Responsibilities
- Formulate account-specific strategies to maximize new revenue opportunities and win profitable business
- Meet weekly, monthly, and yearly sales and productivity targets
- Manage debt processes and collaborate with customers to ensure timely resolution
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and provide clear pipeline visibility
- Develop and execute plans to displace competitive products within the client base
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a high-quality customer experience
- Ensure all sales activities comply with GDPR rules and processes
Requirements
- Proven experience in building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Demonstrated success in a target-driven, fast-paced sales environment
- Experience in consultative, solution-based selling
- A track record of achieving new business sales targets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with high business awareness
- Ability to manage multiple complex opportunities simultaneously using a structured, process-driven approach
- A motivated and resilient approach to business development
