Fiber Tower Operator 1

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing machines, tools, and equipment for product assembly and processing.
• Perform standard and complex production tasks in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Monitor equipment performance and product output, conducting testing to ensure quality specifications and tolerances are met.
• Maintain accurate production and maintenance records to ensure proper documentation and traceability.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety, environmental, and security practices, including lockout and shutdown procedures.
• Work 12-hour rotating shifts within a 24/7 production environment (training period may involve any of the three facility shifts).

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience operating complex manufacturing equipment such as CNC machines, screw machines, or similar automated machinery.
• High School Diploma, Vocational Training, or an equivalent level of education.
• Proven skills in machine setup, quality monitoring, precision machining, and digital recordkeeping.
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts in a 24/7 operation.
• Strong commitment to Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards.
