F&I Inside Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with vehicle financing and insurance-related products via phone, email, and digital channels
• Present financing options, explain protection products, and process customer information
• Work with lenders to secure approvals and manage credit applications
• Generate revenue by soliciting orders, researching potential accounts, and preparing quotations
• Manage customer relationships and troubleshoot issues regarding funding and credit applications
• Maintain and update customer records using Salesforce CRM
• Handle both inbound and outbound customer calls and collaborate with marketing on campaigns
• Perform occasional field visits (less than 10% travel)

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with no experience OR at least 2 years of sales experience
• Legal authorization to work in the US on an unrestricted basis
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software

Preferred Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of industry sales experience
• Experience in the transportation or dealer finance industry
• University degree with a concentration in marketing, business administration, or advertising sales
• Strong prospecting, relationship building, and business closing skills
