FHE Superintendent

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision to all Fuels employees and assign work priorities
• Manage all aspects of the site's Fuels program to ensure compliance with USAF requirements and PWS
• Coordinate Fuels support requirements with management and other functional areas
• Review and implement Fuels reconstitution goals and ensure scheduled inspections are performed
• Compile and submit reports regarding Fuels asset status, inspections, inventory, and storage
• Identify asset deficiencies and submit Product Quality Deficiency Reports (PQDRs)
• Participate in Quality Corrective Action Working Groups (CAWG) to develop preventive actions
• Ensure employee performance evaluations and training records are maintained and updated
• Account for all bulk fuel utilized for site generator and vehicle operations
• Review, validate, and approve all monthly USG submitted fuels receipts

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• At least five years of USAF or US Service equivalent supervisory experience
• Familiarity with USAF or US Service equivalent Fuels operations
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret US Government Clearance (US Citizenship required)
• Proficient in Windows Operating System and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Valid driver's license and ability to obtain a host nation license
• Physically capable of lifting, pushing, or pulling a minimum of 50 lbs
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally

Preferred Qualifications

• Ten years of USAF or US Service equivalent supervisory experience
• Experience supervising a diverse international workforce
• Refueling Maintenance experience
• Completion of Fuels Apprentice Course or FORCE Course certificate
