Responsibilities

• Gain insights into daily school life in primary and middle school
• Participate in diverse pedagogical practice activities
• Engage in extracurricular events
• Experience the theory and practice of Maria Montessori's development-centered pedagogy
• Learn about differentiated learning offers and the "prepared environment"
• Gain insight into parental work and inclusion practices
• Assist with school administration and organization
• Support break-time sales and midday supervision
• Perform observation tasks and participate in regular guidance meetings
• Work closely with educators and teachers in individual student support and project accompaniment

Requirements

• Currently studying Social Work (Soziale Arbeit) at a University of Applied Sciences (FH)
• Interest in pedagogy and Montessori methods
• Availability for a full-time internship starting in either the winter or summer semester
