FFE Design Lead

Responsibilities

• Own the development and stewardship of Neko Health’s global furniture, fixtures, equipment, and accessories strategy
• Establish a scalable, globally consistent FF+E standard to ensure cohesive member experiences across all locations
• Develop FF+E and accessories standards for the Location Design Playbook
• Drive product development and selection, providing concept-level creative guidance to regional design teams
• Develop a scalable procurement and vendor strategy with preferred global and regional suppliers
• Collaborate with the Industrial Design Lead to develop bespoke FF+E and accessory items

Requirements

• Degree in Interior Design, Product Design, Furniture Design, Industrial Design, Architecture, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in FF+E design, specification, and procurement
• Experience developing FF+E standards or specification playbooks for multi-site, global organizations
• Deep understanding of bespoke furniture manufacturing, materials, finishes, and construction methods
• Experience managing vendor relationships, sourcing, sampling, and cost negotiation
• Strong understanding of ergonomics, accessibility, and product safety standards in commercial environments
• Excellent communication skills for articulating design intent to creative and operational audiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience crafting environments where furniture and fixtures drive customer experience
• Familiarity with branded retail, hospitality, or experiential environments at scale
• Experience developing custom-manufactured products from concept through production
• Knowledge of sustainability and circular design principles
