FF&E Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop FF&E concepts aligned with project design direction and client requirements
• Prepare mood boards, material boards, and FF&E presentations
• Select furniture, lighting, fabrics, finishes, accessories, and decorative items
• Create detailed FF&E specifications, schedules, and procurement documentation
• Coordinate with interior designers, architects, suppliers, and contractors
• Source products and negotiate with vendors and manufacturers
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and samples for approval
• Monitor procurement timelines, deliveries, and installation processes
• Ensure design quality, functionality, budget compliance, and project deadlines
• Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and global design innovations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in FF&E design within interior design or fit-out companies
• Strong portfolio showcasing hospitality, residential, or commercial projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture manufacturers, and procurement processes
• Excellent presentation, communication, and coordination skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
