Festival Ticketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage ticket sales, pricing, inventory, and financial reporting for high-profile festivals and large-scale tours
• Prepare events for on-sale by configuring manifests, seating plans, price structures, and presale allocations
• Monitor and analyze sales data to proactively manage inventory and maximize revenue
• Produce event sales forecasts, management information, and final reconciliations for company heads
• Liaise with promoters, ticket agents, venues, and internal stakeholders to advise on ticketing strategy
• Coordinate onsite access control and box office operations, including managing multiple entry points and stock audits
• Work closely with marketing and production teams to ensure event success and accurate attendee forecasting

Requirements

• Demonstrable ticketing experience in a promoter, ticket agent, or venue environment at a festival or large tour level
• Proven experience in staff management and dealing with casual staff or customer-related issues
• Proficiency in MS Excel (intermediate level or above) and MS Office
• Experience using ticketing systems such as Ticketmaster and related reporting tools
• Strong numeracy and literacy skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to work weekends and evenings as required for onsite event support
• A full clean UK driving licence is beneficial
