Responsibilities

• Provide technical and organizational support for projects and programs within electronics manufacturing
• Independently organize production planning and create corresponding production plans
• Determine standard times and assist in creating offers, calculations, and quantity structures
• Coordinate closely with Supply Chain Management to ensure material availability
• Independently optimize assembly processes and workflows regarding quality, deadlines, and costs
• Actively contribute through continuous improvement suggestions

Requirements

• Completed training as a Technician or Master in a technical field
• Several years of professional experience in demanding electronics manufacturing or assembly
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work effectively in a team
• Proficiency in technical English

Preferred Qualifications

• REFA or MTM basic training
• Knowledge of business administration
