Responsibilities

• Create and improve parts, tools, assembly devices, and mechanical sets for all factory areas.
• Manufacture prototype parts from scratch for new projects, machines, and tools.
• Support the implementation of Kaizens to increase maintenance and production efficiency and safety.
• Operate machine tools including lathes, milling machines, grinders, EDM, and CNC.
• Perform precision bench adjustment and maintenance of lifting devices and control tools.
• Prioritize activities and interact with internal customers across different shifts to meet quality and deadlines.

Requirements

• Completed high school education.
• Professional course in toolmaking, turning, or milling (SENAI or equivalent).
• Proficiency in operating conventional and CNC machines (lathes, milling machines, grinders, machining centers).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Mastery of measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and dial indicators.
• Experience in precision adjustment and welding (MIG, TIG, coated electrode, and oxyacetylene).
• Knowledge of geometric and dimensional tolerances and machining parameters.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, MASP, PDCA, and Kaizen methodologies.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, CATIA, or Inventor for drawing consultation.
• Knowledge of CAD/CAM systems.
