FEL Operator

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate Front End Loader machinery
• Load and unload road trains with various products and materials
• Maintain accurate records of work completed
• Adhere to load restraint guidelines and safety protocols
• Communicate effectively with other operators to ensure site safety

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s Licence
• Current Front-End Loader ticket
• Minimum 12 months experience operating CAT 972, CAT 980, Komatsu WA 500, or similar
• Minimum 12 months experience loading/unloading road trains (single, double, or triple combinations)
• Prior experience in a mining or FIFO working environment
• High-Risk Forklift Ticket (or ability to obtain/reinstate)
• National Police Clearance (dated within last 6 months) and Traffic History Report
• Maritime Security Identification Card (MSIC) or ability to obtain
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
