Feed Haul Driver

Responsibilities

• Transport chicken feed from the feed mill to breeder farms using heavy trucks
• Load feed into trailers and weigh loads accurately
• Operate hydraulic systems to unload feed into farm bins
• Maintain accurate truck logs in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Perform routine inspections of truck equipment, including tires, lights, brakes, and fluids
• Comply with all DOT and State driver training and documentation requirements

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of one year of professional driving experience
• Valid Class-A CDL Driver's License
• Clean driving record with no major violations
• Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug test
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and correspondence
