Fee Reconciliation Associate

Responsibilities

• Perform reconciliations and validations of global clearing, exchange, and regulatory fees/rebates against third-party reporting.
• Assist in monthly fee generation and accrual upload processes.
• Build out procedures and internal controls around fee reconciliation activities.
• Collaborate with local stakeholders to research and provide resolutions for fee breaks.
• Prepare ad hoc reporting and analysis regarding fee discrepancies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of work experience in a reconciliation or operations capacity preferred.
• Ability to work with large datasets with limited direction.
• Strong critical thinking and a controls-oriented mindset focused on reducing firm risk.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent documentation skills.
• Accomplished English communication skills (written and verbal) for global interaction.
• Demonstrated ability to use technology to improve existing processes.
