Federal Program Cost Control Analyst II

Responsibilities

• Perform and compile program-level financial analysis and reporting, including budgets, forecasts, cost estimates, and variance analysis.
• Maintain internal financial and operational systems to ensure accurate reporting of project profitability.
• Integrate with Subcontract Management teams to support third-party pricing requests and oversee financial management processes for third parties.
• Represent financial management processes in project meetings and provide data-supported recommendations to leadership.
• Analyze historical financial performance to identify systemic factors and propose process improvement initiatives.
• Optimize program budgets according to organizational objectives and manage program risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Project Management or as a Financial Analyst.
• US Citizenship is required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance (including Public Trust).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work onsite in the Arlington, VA office.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in Federal Contracting.
