Federal Capture & Proposal Strategist

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of strategic Federal pursuits from early opportunity shaping through proposal submission and award
• Own capture plans, stakeholder mapping, and win strategies
• Build relationships with mission owners, program offices, and acquisition leaders to influence requirements
• Own responses to RFIs, Sources Sought, and RFPs, translating strategy into compliant, compelling proposals
• Coordinate inputs across product, engineering, security, pricing, and partners
• Validate technical, security, and operational requirements to ensure delivery capabilities
• Identify expansion opportunities across missions, agencies, and contract vehicles

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading capture efforts for Federal technology programs
• Strong understanding of Federal procurement, budgets, acquisition timelines, and vehicles
• Exceptional proposal writing skills with ability to meet tight deadlines
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into mission outcomes
• Strategic thinking and ability to design paths to win
• Comfort working with executives, acquisition officials, and mission operators
• Ability to work in ambiguity and build structure
• Located in Washington, D.C. and willing to work in office 4x/week

Preferred Qualifications

• Active TS Security clearance
