Feature Tuning & Optimization - Engineer Senior

Responsibilities

• Analyze vehicle data and logs to understand feature behavior and tune parameters to meet safety and performance KPIs
• Investigate issues observed in vehicle testing and customer environments through structured root cause analysis
• Support feature bring-up, integration, and troubleshooting during test events and integration phases
• Work with large datasets from vehicle testing and simulations to track KPIs and identify performance gaps
• Coordinate with core development teams to resolve integration issues and propose system-level improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• 2+ years of Software Engineering experience
• 5+ years of experience in feature development within the ADAS/AD area
• Proficiency in C/C++ and strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Design patterns
• Experience with development tools such as git, Jenkins, and Gerrit
• Valid driver's license and fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in perception, HD maps, or localization
• Knowledge of safety standards such as ISO26262 and SOTIF
• Experience with service-oriented communication (e.g., SOME/IP)
• Familiarity with coding standards like MISRA for C++
• Experience working with agile methodologies in cross-functional teams
