Responsibilities
- Take full accountability for specific ADAS features, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with specifications
- Collaborate with engineering teams to create feature specifications and provide early feedback
- Represent OEM customer needs internally and harmonize requests to maximize reusable assets
- Serve as the central liaison between OEMs, product teams, and engineering teams
- Proactively identify risks and maintain the strategic feature roadmap
Requirements
- Experience with ADAS feature development (e.g., TFL, High Beam Assist, Blind Spot Monitoring)
- Automotive background including requirements management, V-model, and ASPICE
- Strong customer advocacy and negotiation skills
- Technical competence to engage in discussions regarding feature trade-offs and feasibility
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience shipping ADAS features into large-scale production automotive programs
- Knowledge of automotive safety standards such as SOTIF, FuSa, and compliance regimes like GSR-II or DCAS
- Experience with machine learning, LLMs, and generative AI architectures
- Ability to bridge technical and business perspectives
