FE Sr Capital Supplier Manager

Responsibilities

• Own procurement execution for capital equipment, spares, and services to support sustaining operations and the D140 ramp.
• Lead supplier alignment on equipment planning, delivery schedules, and overall fab readiness.
• Drive supplier performance management through Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), scorecards, and continuous improvement actions.
• Develop and execute spares and inventory plans to support uptime and business continuity.
• Lead supplier negotiations, service contract strategies, and commercial alignment in partnership with category teams.
• Manage capital procurement workflows, including purchase order creation, validation, and invoice reconciliation.
• Track and communicate key metrics, risks, and recovery actions using dashboards and leadership summaries.
• Drive digital procurement improvements through analytics, automation, and AI-enabled workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field.
• Strong experience in capital procurement, supplier management, or manufacturing/semiconductor operations.
• Proven experience managing supplier delivery, schedule recovery, and commercial discussions.
• Experience with supplier performance management processes such as QBRs or scorecards.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP-based procurement workflows.
• Ability to work through ambiguity and influence cross-functional stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting fab operations, tool installation, or high-volume manufacturing environments.
• Previous experience within the Micron network.
• Familiarity with capital PO workflows and capital execution processes.
• Experience leveraging automation, AI, or digital dashboards to improve procurement productivity.
