FCT Engineer

Responsibilities

• Solve field and 0-km failures and customer complaints
• Perform daily field error analysis based on CCU
• Support new field running scenarios and end-user fleets
• Conduct onsite troubleshooting and problem solving for field vehicles
• Provide customer vehicle end of line support
• Manage spare parts to ensure timely repairs
• Maintain field vehicle management records including SW updates and HW repair history
• Set up and maintain after-sales technical and training documentation
• Define and maintain service suggestions and guidance
• Manage and train service stations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Power, Electrical, Control, or Vehicle Engineering, or electrochemical background
• 3 years of related experience in system engineering, testing, or calibration in the NEV area
• Proficiency with software tools such as INCA, MDA, and CAN Analyzer
• Knowledge of QM systems (e.g., 8D)
• Knowledge of engines and vehicles, preferably fuel cells and E-Axle
• Ability to travel frequently for business
• Good English proficiency for technical communication

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of system diagnosis
• Experience in automotive development and calibration
