FCSD ISO Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, implementation, and management of ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 9001:2015 requirements for Quality Operating Systems.
• Support the achievement of company business plan objectives regarding compliance, water, waste, energy, and environmental targets.
• Develop accurate correspondence, including reports and permit applications, to support manufacturing environmental compliance.
• Manage departmental environmental systems, including compliance assurance and production management reviews.
• Assist with environmental and safety walks and provide support during external audits.
• Compile and review Quality and Environmental procedures and maintain the Master Document List (MDL).
• Coordinate PMHV compliance management, including load tests and breakdown tracking.
• Drive all safety-related issues to closure through daily walks, monthly SHE meetings, and audits.

Requirements

• National Diploma or degree in an Engineering-related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Warehousing or Manufacturing supporting functions.
• Strong understanding of TS16949 and ISO 14001 standards.
• Proven experience in auditing.
• Knowledge of ISO TS 16949 2009 Core Tools.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Qualified ISO Auditor.
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
• Experience with Global 8D, FPS, and FMEA methodologies.
