FCS Senior Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day screening initiatives including processing, reviewing, reporting, and issue resolution.
• Execute screening checks on customers and transactions to identify potential risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) and CDD (Customer Due Diligence) checks for new and existing customers.
• Review payment transactions to identify unusual or suspicious activities.
• Develop and implement screening procedures and controls to mitigate risks and maintain operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align screening processes and coordinate case resolutions.
• Identify areas for process improvement and provide recommendations for change.
• Maintain accurate documentation and update records in accordance with AML policies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer screening and due diligence.
• Strong knowledge of KYC, CDD, and AML compliance.
• Experience in payment transaction review.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work in a 24/7 shift rotation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in adverse media screening and analyzing risk indicators.
• Background in financial crime operations or payments.
