About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent service to guests
- Prepare and serve food and drinks to a high standard
- Perform routine and deep cleans of the Café, Lounge, and Pub
- Communicate effectively with Front of House and Back of House teams
- Support the 'One Team' culture by assisting with other business needs as required
- Work flexible shifts including early morning starts (e.g., 3am)
Requirements
- Passion for hospitality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team
- Previous Food & Beverage experience is advantageous but not essential
