F&B Team Member

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests to F&B outlets and provide efficient, friendly, and professional service
• Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails and coffees
• Maintain high standards of grooming and professionalism to convey the hotel's image
• Manage designated sections and stations, ensuring areas are well-stocked and clean
• Process customer payments accurately
• Maintain hygienic food service techniques and sanitize tables regularly
• Resolve guest problems and concerns using a positive, problem-solving approach
• Actively promote hotel facilities and services to guests

Requirements

• Previous experience as a bartender within a hotel or service-based industry
• Proficient English communication skills (both spoken and written)
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• A genuine passion for food and beverage
• A "can-do" attitude and a sense of urgency
