Responsibilities
- Welcome guests to F&B outlets and provide efficient, friendly, and professional service
- Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails and coffees
- Maintain high standards of grooming and professionalism to convey the hotel's image
- Manage designated sections and stations, ensuring areas are well-stocked and clean
- Process customer payments accurately
- Maintain hygienic food service techniques and sanitize tables regularly
- Resolve guest problems and concerns using a positive, problem-solving approach
- Actively promote hotel facilities and services to guests
Requirements
- Previous experience as a bartender within a hotel or service-based industry
- Proficient English communication skills (both spoken and written)
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- A genuine passion for food and beverage
- A "can-do" attitude and a sense of urgency
