F&B Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily floor operations and ensure smooth service flow
• Lead and motivate team members to deliver outstanding guest experiences
• Monitor staff performance and provide on-the-job training
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in hospitality or entertainment venues
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a guest-focused attitude
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
