F&B Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and overseeing the F&B team to ensure smooth service in the restaurant, bar or Meeting & Events Operations
• Maintaining a high level of guest service and guest satisfaction
• Ensuring all guests needs are met in the F&B Outlets by assisting your team on the floor
• Training, coaching, and motivating team members to reach their potential
• Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene standards and brand standards
• Reporting operational issues and improvement suggestions to F&B management
• Coordinate that meeting rooms are prepared and set up completely according to the guests needs
• Reviewing and revising standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency
• Resolving guest requests and handling any complaints
• Actively contributing to a positive and energetic work environment

Requirements

• Experience in a similar supervisory role in a large hotel
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Authorized to work in the Netherlands
