About the Company
Empiria Group owns, manages, and operates a unique collection of luxury hotels and villas, members of The Luxury Collection and Design Hotels of Marriott International, located in prime destinations around Greece.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily Food & Beverage operations across all outlets
- Maintain service quality, food safety, hygiene, and brand standards
- Act as a guest ambassador, handling VIPs and service recovery
- Support recruitment, training, coaching, and scheduling of the F&B team
- Lead pre-shift briefings and ensure strong communication
- Assist with inventory management, ordering, cost control, and operational reporting
- Collaborate with Culinary and Guest Experience teams for bespoke dining and events
- Contribute to menu planning and seasonal concepts
Requirements
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel, resort, or high-end restaurant in a supervisory role
- Strong understanding of fine dining, wine service, and Mediterranean/Greek culinary culture
- Degree or Diploma in Tourism or a related field
- Excellent command of English
