About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead the team of waiters/waitresses to meet service standards and sales targets
- Perform billing, collection, and liquidation of collections in the assigned section
- Welcome, advise, and assist customers with menus and drinks
- Oversee day-to-day bar and restaurant operations to ensure luxury dining standards
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in bar and restaurant supervisory roles
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
- High level of English fluency
- Commercial skills and a positive attitude
