F&B Operations & New Opening Intern

Responsibilities

• Support the coordination of new store openings, including checklists, timelines, documentation, and SOPs
• Provide operational support to existing locations regarding quality control, reporting, and scheduling
• Assist in menu development projects and product launches
• Conduct benchmarking activities and competitor analysis
• Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and internal documentation
• Assist in the development of training materials and operational guidelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HQ, Operations, Retail, Marketing, and Supply Chain
• Monitor project timelines and develop reports related to store performance
• Support event development and the management of the B2B database

Requirements

• Degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage, Business, or Economics
• Strong interest in the high-end hospitality and Food & Beverage industry
• Excellent command of the English language
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Solid organizational and task management skills
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive mindset with a solution-oriented approach
