Responsibilities
- Manage the restaurant team efficiently to ensure exceptional service
- Coordinate special events and VIP reservations with a focus on high-performance athletes
- Supervise daily restaurant operations from administration to direct customer service
- Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, and food safety standards
- Collaborate with chefs to design culinary offerings that meet clients' nutritional requirements
- Report restaurant productivity to superiors using professional language
- Implement operational strategies and manage KPIs related to floor service, sales, and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in luxury environments or those focused on athletes
- Ability to learn and manage kitchen production and POS software platforms
- Strong leadership and ability to motivate a team toward excellence
- Deep knowledge of F&B internal processes
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic environment
- Fluency in English is essential; other languages are a plus
