F&B Manager

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations of Food & Beverage outlets
• Develop and implement guidelines and processes to ensure first-class service
• Manage personnel planning, hiring, training, and leadership of the F&B team
• Regularly review service quality and analyze guest feedback
• Organize inventory management and ordering
• Collaborate with Front Office and Event Management departments
• Ensure compliance with all hygiene, safety, and legal standards

Requirements

• Proven experience in gastronomy with strong problem-solving skills
• Very good German and good English language skills
• Excellent management skills with a hands-on approach
• Commitment to exceptional guest service
• Ability to find creative solutions and provide recommendations
• Proficiency with digital tools and new systems
• Strong communication skills
