F&B Management Trainee

Responsibilities

• Assist the F&B Manager and Supervisors with daily operations and supervisory responsibilities
• Coordinate and oversee the team to ensure smooth service in the restaurant, bar, and Meeting & Events Operations
• Ensure all guest needs are met in the F&B Outlets by assisting the team on the floor
• Anticipate and respond to peak operational moments driven by flight delays and airline-related demand
• Maintain a high level of guest service and satisfaction
• Train, coach, and motivate team members to reach their full potential
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene, and brand standards
• Review and revise standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency
• Report operational issues and suggest improvements to the F&B Manager

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a hotel/hospitality management program on HBO-level
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Flexibility to work morning and evening shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Positive, energetic attitude with a willingness to learn
• Authorized to work in the Netherlands and having housing in Amsterdam
