Responsibilities

• Provide flexible support across various F&B areas, including the bar, kitchen, and service stations
• Ensure smooth operations through efficient resource management and coordinated processes
• Prepare and serve food and beverages while maintaining the highest quality standards
• Respond dynamically to guest requests and unexpected challenges to ensure a seamless dining experience
• Collaborate closely with team members and other departments to maximize guest satisfaction

Requirements

• German language skills
• Hands-on mentality and a proactive "can-do" attitude
• Passion for gastronomy and commitment to exceptional guest service
• Reliability and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with digital tools and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Strong and effective communication skills
• Previous service experience is preferred but not required
