F&B Host/Barkeeper

Responsibilities

• Provide flexible support in various F&B areas including the bar and restaurant
• Ensure smooth operations through efficient resource management and coordinated processes
• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to high standards
• Respond dynamically to guest requests and unexpected challenges
• Collaborate closely with team members and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction

Requirements

• Experience in service is an advantage but not mandatory
• German language skills
• Hands-on mentality and proactive approach
• Passion for gastronomy and exceptional guest service
• Ability to find creative solutions and take responsibility
• Reliability and ability to work in a demanding environment
• Openness to using digital tools and new systems
• Clear and effective communication skills
