Responsibilities

• Provide flexible support across various F&B areas including the bar, kitchen, and service
• Ensure smooth operations through efficient resource management and coordinated processes
• Responsible for the preparation and serving of food and beverages according to high standards
• React dynamically to guest requests and unexpected challenges to ensure a seamless dining experience
• Collaborate closely with team members and other departments to promote guest satisfaction

Requirements

• Service experience is an advantage but not mandatory
• German language skills
• Hands-on mentality and proactive approach
• Commitment to exceptional guest service and passion for gastronomy
• Ability to find creative solutions and take responsibility for assigned tasks
• Reliability and ability to work in a demanding environment
• Openness to digital tools and new systems
• Clear and effective communication skills
