Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and create a positive first impression in the restaurant, bar, or during events
• Coordinate guest seating according to reservations and current demand
• Maintain cleanliness and an appealing setup in the reception and waiting areas
• Inform guests about menu options, special offers, and upcoming events
• Manage reservations, reservation lists, and table plans efficiently
• Support service staff to ensure smooth operations between the kitchen and guests
• Act as a point of contact for guest questions, requests, or complaints

Requirements

• Experience in gastronomy is an advantage but not required
• German language skills
• Hands-on mentality and proactive approach
• Commitment to exceptional guest service and passion for gastronomy
• Ability to find creative solutions and take responsibility
• Reliability and ability to work in a demanding environment
• Openness to digital tools and new systems
• Clear and effective communication skills
